Madrid, December 30, 2024 – Today, the Amper Group has sold its Industrial Services business to the German company Mutares for €23 million. This transaction results in capital gains of €15 million for the Group.
The completion of the transaction is subject to prior authorization from the Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC).
With this sale, the Amper Group concludes all divestments in non-core assets initially planned in the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan, according to the established schedule.
Following these divestments, the recent completion of corporate transactions in the Energy and Sustainability sector—namely, the acquisition of 49% of Elinsa (a subsidiary specializing in power electronics and energy storage systems, in which the Group already owned 51%) and 100% of Navacel (focused on the design, manufacturing, and assembly of complex metal structures for offshore wind energy)—the Group has commenced the construction of a new plant for energy storage systems in Arteixo and facilities for offshore wind energy in the Outer Port of Ferrol, both of which are expected to be operational in the first half of 2026.
During the second phase of the Strategic Plan (2025 and 2026), the Group will focus on organic growth as well as the inorganic growth planned in the Defense, Security, and Communications sector.
