Ensuring Public Safety through Emergency Communications
At Amper, our priority is to ensure public safety by organising and managing efficient and reliable emergency communications. Our mission is to provide solutions that enable emergency services and public safety agencies to act quickly and effectively in critical situations.
We understand the importance of emergency communications in safeguarding the public and ensuring the effectiveness of responses to natural disasters, security incidents, humanitarian crises and other high-impact events. For this reason, at Amper, we strive to develop and maintain high quality, easily accessible communications systems for all actors involved in the protection and welfare of the public.
We are proud to offer a wide range of critical communications solutions that include cutting-edge technologies such as Tetra, LTE and 5G systems. Critical Communications
Amper strives to become a market leader in control centre solutions, ranging from C5i (Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Coordination, Intelligence) complexes applied to Public Security Control Centres to smaller municipal management dispatch centres. Our aim is to provide comprehensive solutions for all types of public and emergency services.
Emergency response centres, such as 112/911 services, are the main point of contact for citizens in case of incidents. These centres must meet today’s demands for citizen care by providing means of communication that meet the needs of users. Although telephone assistance is still the main means of communication, it is also essential to have connectivity through messaging systems, mobile emergency applications, social networks, e-Call systems, panic buttons, among others.
