Amper promotes a culture of “zero tolerance” towards corruption and fraud, which inspires its effective compliance system, under continuous review. At the pinnacle of Compliance is Amper’s Code of Ethics.
Who is in charge of Compliance?
The existence of a true Compliance culture requires the action of all the people who make up Amper. With the aim of helping to maintain this culture, both the Regulatory Compliance Department and the Compliance Committee have been set up, reporting to the Audit and Control Committee, the body delegated by the Board of Directors to which the ultimate supervisory responsibilities correspond.
How can I report non-compliance?
Amper places at the disposal of all its members and third parties the Whistleblower Channel, a tool through which they must report breaches of the law, the Amper Code of Conduct, as well as any other internal rules or policies.
Communication with this channel is confidential. The processing of the data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations in force.
